Foaling
Prinrock Farms accepts a limited number of mares for foaling. We specialize in foaling mares for participation in the Illinois Department of Agriculture Thoroughbred and Quarter Horse Racing programs. Mares receive top quality care during their stay at the farm. Mares are stalled nightly and turned out daily. They are fed grain twice daily and given free choice quality alfalfa hay. Prinrock Farms features a modern facility complete with stalls equipped with cameras, fans, and automatic waterers. Mares are monitored round-the-clock by trained, experienced, and qualified foaling attendents. The farm also features 8 spacious paddocks, and several private paddocks constructed with 3-rail vinyl fencing to provide safe turn-out for mares and foals. All foals are imprinted, halter broke and handled daily.

Prinrock Farms accepts boarders for lay-ups, foaling & breeding. We also provide stallion services for a limited number of stallions wishing to participate in the Illinois Department of Agriculture Thoroughbred and Quarter Horse Racing programs. Stallion services include advertising assistance & live cover. We do not offer shipped semen.

Jockey Club, AQHA, and APHA Registered Horses Prinrock Farms specializes in breeding top quality horses for racing, rodeo, and show. Our pedigrees feature the quarter horse bloodlines of Lady Bugs Moon, Impressive, The Ole Man, Mr. Triple Tuff, Chocolate Convoy, King, Poco Bueno, Triple Chick, Doc Bar, Skip Salero, Zippo Pine Bar and the thoroughbred bloodlines of Alydar, Man O' War, Sauce Boat, Northern Dancer, Silver Deputy, Key to the Mint, and other top quality thoroughbreds and quarter horses. Our horses are bred for disposition, conformation, and purpose.
